Theme this week: Let's Go On a Safari!

Steak Anyone? Owyhee County Extension Educator, Scott Jensen, will be teaching how to select, season, and cook a steak. He will be showing how to make a simple rub for all participants to take home.  

Retired school teacher, Steve Belknap, will be reading Tacky, the Penguin and When It Starts to Snow.

This activity is for kids that are 10 and up. We are doing recycled crafts with t-shirts and tin cans. Come see what can be done be made with recycled items.
