Ice Cream Making Class

 Join us on Friday, March 17th at 2:00 pm for an Ice Cream Making class. Come make ice cream with the University of Idaho Extension. In this hands-on and family friendly class we will dive into the science behind making the perfect ice cream, as we follow a recipe step-by-step culminating with live tastings of homemade ice cream. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own storage containers and insulated coolers to transport their leftovers home.
